I HAVE VERY LOW B/P, I AM NOW ON A MED TO RAISE IT. BUT AT TIMES WHEN I STAND UP, I GET THIS WEIRD FELLING IN MY HEAD THEN MY LEGS STAART SHAKING AND I LOSE THE ABILITY TO USE OR MOVE MY HANDS AND FINGERS. I GET DIZZY, I CAN T FOCUS, AND ITS LIKE I ZONE OUT FOR AWHILE

The symptoms you suggest points towards the diagnosis of Orthostatic hypotension. It's a vast topic to discuss here, so you can read online about the same. Rule out the causes, maintain hydration and avoid sudden change in posture. When getting up from sleep, sit on bed for sometime ( 30 sec atleast) with legs dangling, than only stand.
