What Causes Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And Rapid Heartbeats During Pregnancy?
Im 33 weeks pregnant and its been a healthy pregnancy so far but the past 2 days ive been feeling light headed / dizzy shortness of breath rapid heart beat and an odd pressure in ny head when feeling faint may this be a sign if preeclampsia or is this normal at this stage if not what may it be and should i go get checked out

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the dizziness,shortness of breath might be due to anaemia,hypoglycemia or low sugars or low BP.I suggest you to consult doctor to rule our the above causes.Take food in small quantities every 2 hourly.Avoid physical strain and take rest.
