Dear sir

The main cause for dizziness in the patients having blood pressure and cholesterol is low blood pressure due to diurinal variation.

Blood pressure swings always in these kind of patient causing swaying from low to high. Most of the times to prevent this to happen we will prescribe the medication in the night times.

Make sure you do not have too many high and low blood sugars.

High cholesterol and high blood pressure are part of metabolic syndrome. so evaluate for diabetes too.

Thanks
