What Causes Dizziness, Tender Face And Numbness In Hands And Feet After Migraine Attack?

My husband had a megrain 2 September to 6 September. With stiffness in neck. When the headache subsided his whole body was aching. The day after his left side of his face felt tender. 2 days after the headache he experienced extreme dizziness, needles and pins in his hands and feet with numbness. I took him to the Emergency Room, MRI was done with blood tests for: red and white cell count, platelets, liver and kidney function and blood clots. All the tests came back normal. This morning when he woke up, the dizziness was back. What can be wrong?

Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
Unfortunately your husband is suffering severe migraine attacks
Dear it is a bothering situation but nothing to worry too much as it isn't a risky situation
In my opinion daily treatment is needed (propanolol or depachine or amitryptiline) and triptans to dominate attacks
Discuss with your neurologist about my opinion
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
