What Causes Dizziness, Tightness In Chest And High BP?
Sister-in-law has the following symptoms. Dizziness and very lightness when raising out of bed.tightness in her chest.Feels yuky , flush face at times.Bkood pressure when relaxing. New blood pressure monitor.first bp was 157\91.about 15 later 175/100.has had symptoms off and on for at least 1week.Last 3days has had symptons get worst.They have no insurance.Her stomach is a little upset.She is lactose in tolerance. She has taken all dairy out of her diet.

Her symptoms of dizziness, tightness in chest, facial flushing are due to high blood pressure. 175/100 is considerably high and needs immediate treatment.
Antihypertensive drug are to be given to her immediately. Drugs like amlodipine and telmisartan will help.
Restrict salt from her diet.
For stmach upset, you can give her tablet pantop-D.
