What Causes Dizziness, Upset Stomach, Hot Flushes In A Panic Disorder Patient?

I am having dizziness, upset stomach, pins and needles and numbness feeling through my body, extreme hot flushes and sometimes feeling like I can't breathe good. I do have panic disorder and have had complete blood tests which have all been perfect.

Panic disorder is a type of anxiety disorder. In this disorder there is hyperactivity of autonomic nervous system. Autonomic system hyperactivity leads to increase in levels of adrenaline which leads to all of the above symptoms.
