First about your pain, sharp pain in abdomen after taking alcohol can be the result of an underlying gastric ulcer, so first of all start taking antacid and get an endoscopy done to rule out ulcer, meanwhile try to cut of your drinks. Now about your 2nd question regarding pregnancy, get a urine pregnancy test kit and check it by yourself and clear your doubt.
