What Causes Dizziness When Suffering From High BP?

hi i feel dizzy headed when i walk i feel as if i am going to fall but when i m sitting its not as bad, feel as if the room is spinning slow and if my head is to big for my body i know my bp is up but its not the same feeling is there anything over the counter i can take to feel a little better i read benedryl was good not sure

Dear sir

As it appears from the symptoms that you are having swinging blood pressure,

check your blood pressure properly and review your medications once.

Make sure that you take lot of fluids, and electrolytes to counter low blood pressure.

Third, make sure you put one of your antihypertensive drugs in the night times, so that you will be symptom free. Decrease the medications in the morning
