Yes, when I m carrying on conversation with someone and trying to make eye to eye contact with them I begin to have these dizzy sensations , or when I m pulling into my garage and trying to focus hard on something I begin to have these similar problems,, as if when I m trying to focus the hardest is when It sparks the dizzy or off balance feeling

You have not given your age. might be having accommodation problem. refraction can be done and near vision should be tested. in case of problem it should be corrected. in general debility eye muscle become week an accommodation problem can take place. take balanced diet and health drink. can take high protein diet.
