What Causes Dizziness When Waking Up/rolling Over With Rapid Eye Movement?

I am a 54 yr old female. When waking up, and rolling over i get a really dizzy feeling. If i open my eyes it seems as if my eyes are moving really fast. It only lasts a minute or so and goes away, but will do it again sometimes. It has happened 3 out of the last 5 mornings.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness on waking up in the morning. This is because of sudden hypotension as a result of sudden change of posture.
The other causes which needs to be considered are hypovolemia, anemia and atherosclerosis of the carotid arteries leading to decreased blood supply to brain.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
