What Causes Dizziness While Having Pressure And Pain In Ears?

I m trying to figure out why I m dizzy. I ve been on prednisone, Flonase, meclizine but I keep getting episodes. The room doesn t spin, I feel off balance and it spins in my head. I think I need tubes. Have ear fullness feeling, some pressure pain and muffled hearing at times

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dizziness while having pressure and pain in ears which can occur due to accumulation of ear wax, ear fluid, ear infection to more serious acoustic neuroma like condition. Need not to worry. Avoid touching or pricking ear with any sharp object. Maintain hygiene and avoid pricking it with sharp object. If your symptoms and episodes of earache are getting frequent then you should consult ENT specialist and start treatment after prescription. Doctor may prescribe drug like eperisone , muscle relaxant and sedatives. Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan ,MRI, audiometry, low and high pitched ringing. Doctor may treat it according to the diagnosis, may prescribe medicine antibiotics. You can go for vestibular rehabilitation, take antiemetic drugs and sedatives.
