Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here cause for dizziness has to be searched for and than appropriate treatment instituted accordingly....

Following work up is needed....
-Blood pressure measurement
-Blood sugar estimation
-Otological ear examination
-dehydration
-Excess stress
-Thiamin deficiency and alcohol history

From above work up cause will be cleared and specific treatment instituted

For labyrinthitis steroid might prescribed

For positional vertigo epley maneuver useful

Betahistine like drug also sometime prescribed

So consult otorhinolaryngologist with keeping all these in mind

Take care
