What Causes Dizziness While On Lisinopril And Aspirin?

Hve for the last few months felt lightheaded to the point that I am concerned anymore and somewhat reluctant to go out myself unless necessary. Take lisinopril (20) and a baby asperin. I m thin but eat enough and am almost 81. I ve been using the monitior of late and my readings seem lower than before. Was to the doctor in May, just routine. Yes, Lisinopril or ace inhibitors have side effects of hypotension better to take at night.

Also check for lower blood pressure or BPPV or infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Also possibility of BPPV, acute vestibulitis or vestibular neurinitis etc.

Please consult your physician/ENT specialist he will examine and treat you with alternate medicine.
