What Causes Dizziness While Sleeping?
Hi, Im a 30 year old female and O gave birth to a bay 8 months back ( vaginal delivery). These days when im sleeping, I'm just kicked out of my sleep by sudden dizziness which is so overwhelming that I can feel it in my sleep and then when i wake up n check my BP its as low as 70/60. its repeated almost every night

I could say that this could be due obsession, if you suddenly wake from the sleep and read the blood pressure this would read little lower but this is noting to worry, neither your symptoms, you need to be stress free, control the thoughts, be positive, take care.
