I am a 31 year old female and just recently (past 2-3 weeks) have been experiencing dizziness mainly at work. It is getting progressively worse to the point where sometime I have to hold my head. I feel like my head is swimming! Only a few time has it happened outside of work but never as bad as it does at work. I m afraid I won t be able to work here much longer. What could it be? If it helps, I work in a office setting - sitting 8 hours a day doing desk work. I do have high blood pressure but I ve been taking medication for the past 6 years and it is controlled. Thanks.
