Hello,

Acute pelvic inflammatory disease causes symptoms like dizziness, or nausea / vomiting. Infection of the fallopian tubes also causes pelvic pain, fever, and vaginal discharge. Meet your doctor, you will be treated with antibiotics. Some cases may require hospitalization and intravenous antibiotics. Your treatment is related to the severity of the symptoms and pathology detected. Your treating doctor may recommend you surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
