What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Thyroid Problem?

I have recently had pneumonia. During that time they found a serious thyroid problem which explained my lack of appetite and lack of sleep. I am never tired and I dont sleep much. I am currently on steroids that are making me a crazy person. However my period is over a week late and I am all of the sudden exhausted all the time. I don't think I am pregnant but I guess technically it is possible. Is it wrong of me to assume that I am not just because I was sick for so long?!

what was the problem associated with thyroid?
what was the drug prescribed for thyroid?
its dose?
Any history of goiter/constipation/ facial edema/leg swelling/slow mentation/ memory loss/dry skin/ yellowish tinch of skin?
kindly do a urine pregnancy test .
probably the tiredness can be associated with thyroid or even that you are recovering from pneumonia you might feel tired.
