Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully read your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to an inner ear disorder or cervical column degenerations.

I recommend consulting with the ENT specialist for a careful physical exam and some labyrinthine tests.

A cervical column X ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, inflammation tests, blood electrolytes).

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues and the possible treatment options based on the test results.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Aida
