What Causes Dizziness With Apetite Loos And Nausea?

For 3 days now I have felt dizzy while standing and laying down, nausea but not vomiting. ..feeling like vommit is at the bottom of my throat, a loss of appetite, some smells make me sick, a light pain in my chest, a slight headache, and a negative pregancy test. It s starting to get scary please help

Your symptoms seems to be related with stomach flu.
you can use
antacide and tasectan, take plenty of water.
