Hi there
All day yesterday I felt fine. I went to my friends and ate dinner and felt fine afterwards. About 4 hours later when I got home, I got into bed and started to feel really dizzy. All of a sudden my head turned cold and I felt sick and I couldn't sleep but wanted to because I felt so tired. This morning, the sick feeling has gone but the cold feeling in my head is still there and I still feel a little dizzy and like my ears need to pop. It is troubling me as I have never had this before and before all this I felt ok. Any guesses as to what it might be? Thanks in advance
