What Causes Dizziness With Heart Palpitations?

Since Sunday afternoon on my way home from camp I started feeling very very light headed and dizzy along with weakness and kinda shaky along with heart palpitations went to the hospital and they couldn t figure out what was going on so went home but still haven t gotten better I feel so weak and tired all the time I have a dr appt tomorrow just worried why I feel this way after 3 days

Orthostatic hypotension seems to be most likely possibility in your case.This can result in symptoms like dizziness and palpitations.Adequate hydration helps to maintain the cardiac output.Drugs like midodrine and fludrocortisone will help to control the symptoms.Screening 2 dimensional echo can help to help to rule out organic heart lesions.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
