What Causes Dizziness With Itchy And Hot Neck?

Been having problem when l lay down and getting out of bed dealing with getting dizzy. I also get dizzy when I lean my head forward. The back of my neck feels hot and itches. I turn my head fast also makes me dizzy.I am a senior but a real active one and still works.Should I be concern? I worry about falling and I don t want to do that. I am total alone and take care of myself and work every day. No one to help me at all. Thanks for your help

You may be having Bppv(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).This is age related degeneration of balance system.Please confirm diagnosis by condulting your ent doctor.Avoid sudden neck movements
