What Causes Dizziness With Lower Back Pain And Pressure In Head?

Hi,

My mom is 64 years old, she is 5'3 and her weight is 170 pounds. She has been suffering from dizziness, it happens every time the lower back of her head gets pressure/contact with something (even a pillow - she can't sleep facing up) what can this be?

Considering the height of 5'3 inch the height for a woman should be around 140 pounds which tells that she's overweight.
In obese people its a common issue as the soft tissues are more in body which may lead to pressure on the delicate neurovascular bundle in the neck containing carotid arteries and various nerves leading to temporary decreased blood supply to brain.
