What Causes Dizziness With Particular Food Items?

After eating garlic salt that day or the next day, I get very dizzy. I'm iron-deficiency anemic and when I felt the dizziness I had my blood pressure checked and it was 111/89. My blood pressure is usually below 120. Why am I dizzy from garlic salt? I love eating raw garlic in food. I'm 39, 5' 5 1/2" tall and weigh 230 lbs. Wife and mom.

Hello

Thank you u for trusting HCM

Dear the suggested dose depends on the form: 2 grams to 5 grams of fresh garlic, aged garlic extract 600 milligrams to 1,200 milligrams; freeze-dried garlic standardized to contain 0.6 percent alliin or 1.3 percent allicin at 400 milligrams three times a day.
Over dose may cause adverse effects associated with garlic include bad breath, body odor, fatigue, dizziness, headache, sweating, lightheadedness, low blood sugar, muscle aches and loss of appetite.. Etc

Take limited quantity daily, still symptoms persist stop it and see. Please consult your to check out other possibilities of vertigo. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
