What Causes Dizziness With Sore Throat?

My 9 year old daughter woke up feeling dizzy her throat hurting both her eyes red. Temperature of 101.4 her throat looks swollen i couldn't see her tonsils, should i take Her in to Dr right away? Also what can i do to try protect my 10 week old son. My daughter we holding kissing and playing with him last night, she was fine than didn't complain of NOT FEELING well

From the description of cough, conjunctivitis and tonsil enlargement possibility of Measles needs to be considered.
Would suggest you to isolate your daughter from infant as its infectious. This is the only way to spread infection to close cntacts.
