Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Feeling like going to toilet but passing very little stool indicates that there may be primary intestinal pathology that has secondarily caused the dizziness; dizziness causes nausea and vomiting as a reflex mechanism and also may be due to intestinal infection or any other condition.
I would advise you the following in such a situation: • Stool test. • Tests of blood. • ENT opinion for the dizziness and treatment accordingly.
As for the intestinal problems a clinical evaluation, correlation with the investigations by your doctor to get a proper diagnosis and a plan for management should help you to get a curative management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T Chandrakant
