What Causes Dizziness?

I served in Vietnam from 1970-1971 I am 73 ,every once in a while I experience a lite headed ness Where as the room seems to spin it only last about 2-4 seconds then goes away . WhereI was satiation at in Veitnam agent orange was used .could this problem be caused from the agent And not show up for yrs later

Welcome in H.C.M.

I understand your concern, your clinical history indicates for labyrinthitis which is most of the times is viral. Second possibility is of B.P.P.N.

As far as agent orange is concern it is unlikely but if you devlop problem only after taking it than it matters.

At present you should take-

1- Low salt diet.

2- Tab Cinnarzin or betahistin hydrochloride.

3- Rest.
