What Causes Dizziness?

I am 5' 8" and was put on 2 blood pressure meds when I was 212 lbs. and had headaches. I am now 154 lbs. and am experiencing dizziness. The doctor lowered one of my meds, but I have been taking my BP periodically and it's hovering around 97/67. Do you think I need to readjust again?

Yes…
The drugs may need down regulation
Check the BP – standing and lying (postural hypotension)
Have an ENT examination too – the balancing mechanism is in the ear…
