What Causes Dizziness,blackouts And Nose Bleeding?
Most times when I stand up I feel like my head is spinning and I can't see. I also get nosebleeds for no reason, I am usually the first one to get tired (extremely tired) after physical activity out of all my friends even though they do as much as I do. What is wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that you must be having two conditions one is orthostatic hypotension and second is epistaxis both the condition are not said to be danger for the orthostatic hypotension take care while you stand up do not stand up suddenly, for the epistaxis underlying cause need to be found out, take care and have a nice day.
