What Causes Dizziness,burning Sensation At Back Towards Head And Vomiting?

hello,
My grandmother iis about 70 years old and she just woke up in the middle of the night and she is feeling lightheaded and she says shes feels as though shes burning up from her back all the way up to her head from the inside. SHe does not show signs of a fever and she just went to throw up. She had a large dinner about 2 hours ago.
Can you please help and tell me if there is any danger to her condition

if it is single attack then it may associated with nightmares. but if episode is repeatedly then it indicates the condition of occipital neuralgia (burning and headache sensation). occipital neuralgia is due to inflammation of nerve supply of back of head from upper spinal cord. osteoarthritis,cervical disc,tumor,gout,diabetes can cause. nothing wory take ibuprofen(antiinflammatory), rest in quite room, tight massage of neck muscles.
