Hello, You are suffering from dizziness, irregular brown discharge, lower abdominal pain. Dark brown discharge is commonly indicative of old blood coming out. It could be due to irregular periods or leftover blood from the last period, or bleeding between periods. You have not mentioned if you are sexually active or not. If sexually active & you had unprotected sex then it can be implantation bleeding accompanied by weakness. Get pregnancy test done with the first morning mid-stream urine. You will be treated / managed accordingly. Sometimes, early miscarriage may also present with irregular bleeding with abdominal cramps. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist to rule out miscarriage. Dizziness can also be due to low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, dehydration, anemia, etc. Irregular bleeding may also occur due to underlying health condition like thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, etc. You will have to get few required blood tests and investigations done so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
