What Causes Dizziness,sweating And Vomiting?

Hi Doctor,I was in the car with my mum. When suddenly she had a flash of dizziness and felt sick. Afterwards we pulled up at the side of the road, where she had hit flushes and started to sweat. When we came home, mom ended up vomiting. What could these symptoms be and what should I do?

Hello
Looking at your description this seems to be related to motion sickness or fluctuations in Blood pressure or blood sugar if she is hypertensive or diabetic.

In my opinion, ask her to take rest, you can give her antiemetic drug like domperidone or ondansatron group of drugs,
Give her pelnty of fluids mixed with salt and. sugar or ORS solution to counter dehydration and electrolyte imbalances caused by vomiting.

If it doesn't subside than take her to a nearest emergency room for recording of blood pressure and checking of blood sugar.
Take preventive measures like anti motion sickness medicines when she she travels next time.
