I have had some fatigue and feel woozy when I am walking. I frequently close my eyes when walking a bit. I can focus fine and for hours when reading sitting up or lying down and watching tv. Standing and walking gives me the woozy feeling. I can even drive.
Your symptoms could be part of something called PERSISTENT POSTURAL PERCEPTUAL DISORDER which is a sense of dizziness or wooziness in certain positions while others seem to be OK for activities. A NEURO-OTOLOGIST is the best specialist to see for an evaluation of this problem and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
