Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness with black outs of vision when you stand for long time or on getting of bed. This indicates hypotension as the probable cause for your problem leading to decreased blood supply to brain causing dizziness. Hence you need to rule out hypotension by blood pressure measurement.
The other causes need to be ruled out are anemia and hypovolemia.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis.

Thank you
