Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Yesterday I had a dizzy spell and felt very nauseus and had to sit down for a while, today i feel light headed and i feel a little sick still. Do you think i have caught a bug or something? I am 46, 5 7 and 10 stone and exercise four times a week so am in quite good health otherwise.
I am happy to hear that you are in a quite good health and been exercising four times a week.
Feeling dizzy and nauseated might be related to: - oscillations in blood pressure: get it monitored, record the results for future reference - drops in blood sugar levels: get it measured and record the results - common viral infection if symptoms of flu are present - hormonal changes - arthritis
If the dizziness and nausea will persist, then, should consult with your doctor for further evaluations.
Wish fast recovery! Dr.Albana
