General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am happy to hear that you are in a quite good health and been exercising four times a week.

Feeling dizzy and nauseated might be related to:
- oscillations in blood pressure: get it monitored, record the results for future reference
- drops in blood sugar levels: get it measured and record the results
- common viral infection if symptoms of flu are present
- hormonal changes
- arthritis

If the dizziness and nausea will persist, then, should consult with your doctor for further evaluations.

Wish fast recovery!
