What Causes Dizzy Spells, Night Sweats And Discomfort In Stomach?

I m having dizzy spells especially when I bend over or move really fast and night sweats for the past 2 months. I m 39 and have had an iup the the past 7 years my periods are really bad I bleed for bout 10 days and cramp like child birth. Could this be related to that? It s very uncomfortable and I feel sick to my stomach. I also have a heavy discharge at times that has a slight odor. I m not sure what is going on. Can you help me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is does not related with the menses but of course could be due to low hemoglobin and this could be due to heavy bleeding that might have lost the blood, better get done the hemoglobin test, if it is low hemoglobin then Iron supplement would be advisable, hope this information helps, take care.
