What Causes Dizzy Spells With Stiffness In Neck And Back?
I am diabetic, and yesterday I had a dizzy spell and after felt a little woozy, This morning I woke up with stiffness in my neck, leading from the top to the bottom right side where the neck and back meet. The dizzy spell happend to me a month earlier with no soreness or woozy feeling. Can you please help to see what may be going on?

With history of diabetes and symptoms of dizzy feel it is better to get done CT brain and blood pressure whether it is normal one or not, condition must not be neglected, if test comes unremarkable then this is nothing to worry, then your glucose level need to be managed on tight rule basis, hope this information helps, take care.
