What Causes Double And Blurred Vision?

Ghosting double vision, worse at night. Blurry at distance. Halos and glare around lights. New glasses dont fix ghosting. Had a Head MRI, came out clear. Went to 3 ophthalmologists, said my eyes were healthy. I have history of astigmatism and nearsightedness. The blurry vision happens during the day as well. Lit up signs are worse. I don t know whats wrong, no one has an answer other than i have astigmatism. What could be wrong? I work on the computer a lot, it is my job. I have dry eyes end of day and tension headaches.
