What Causes Double Vision After An Eye Injury?

Hello I got punch directly in the eye last night during a sparring session. My vision immediately went double . It stayed that way for the rest of the class and afterwards . I would have to close one eye to see straight. Vision came back somewhat later. Eye is achy and vision goes double if I look to far up or down. Also accompanied by a dull ache in the eye with quick or far movements . I also have had some bleeding coming down the nasal cavity . Not sure how because I wasn't hit in the nose. Any help would be appreciated thanks .
