What Causes Double Vision And Tremors In The Body?

My aunt is 85 has has balance issues double vision and has fallen several times. The balance issues comes out of nowhere and she cannot prevent herself from falling. She has developed jerky shaky issues. Was told at one time she could have MS but no testing done. Does this sound like a neuro issue and what kind of doctor would you suggest? She also has severe chronic white lung.

Hi
It might be due to following reasons
1.vertigo
2.cerebrovascular attack (stroke)
3.cervical spondylitis
4.hypertension or hypotension
5.hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia
its better to consult a ortho spine surgeon in your case.

General & Family Physician Dr. Dr. Michelle Gibson's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Loss of balance is most commonly due to a neurological issues so this should definitely be ruled out

Heart disease and anemia can also cause a loss of balance, so her doctor would likely assess these areas as well

It may be best to go to her GP first to determine the best course of action

I hope this helps
