What Causes Double Vision Without Glasses?

Recent Temporal Right Lobectomy to eliminate seizures. Glaucoma in left eye.Wear glasses, astigmatism, nearsighted. Problem: (ha!) have been seeing another image of what I m looking at I move my head up. It follows my head movement. This is without my glasses .And a line of what I m looking at is slanted high to low, left to right. One person thought their brain was trying to retrain it s vision after their TMJ surgery.

during surgery theremight be injury to visual path way. see whether the problem is with one eye or both eyes. your refractory problem is complicated with astigmatism and presbyopia. looking slanted may be due to astigmatism. repeat your refraction for astigmatism.
