What Causes Drainage Of Clear Fluid From One Nostril?

While working today (I stock groceries in a local store), I noticed that occasionally when bending over straining, that a clear fluid drains out of my left nostril only. I ve done a little reading on the matter, and I am terrified that it may be something serious such as a CSF leak. I went into the bathroom a couple of times to try to blow my nose (I have pretty bad sinuses usually), but every time, my left nostril appears to be free of any obstructions. A drop did go into my mouth when I tilted my head back to stop the leak, and it was pretty salty. Any ideas?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, if it's a CSF leak it can't be sniffed back, if you clean it with kerchief and leave it, it won't stiffen, it won't happen in case of rhinitis, if you are still not sure please do consult an Ent specialist to confirm diagnosis, meantime avoid any kind of straining, take care.
