What Causes Drastic Change In A Ones Personality?

hi i have a 25 year old daughter who is very sick. in the last 6 months she has become the bich from hell. her personally has completly changed. she is abusive both verbally and physically is doing things out of her character. we had to place her son with family for his safety. why would someone change dramatically all of a sudden. it s like she just snapped
