What Causes Dribbling And Painful Urination?

Hi, about 24 hours ago I was in a meeting and held in my pee till I felt like crying, when I went to use the bathroom, I felt a burning when I peed. Now everytime I have to go to the bathroom, I only dribble and the burning is still there. I now feel like I have to pee a TON, but it still only dribbles. I ve had a Bladder Infection for about a year now since I ve had my appendix removed from the Cathider removed. What do I do?

You have chronic post-catheter Urethritis with acute UTI lately.
Get the urine check done and consult your family GP.
Cause-
Hold up recent event has activated the infection in the already affected
urinary bladder of yours.
Advise-That has lead to inflammation which now needs to be treated from a doctor.
-He would treat your condition according to the urine and blood report after clinical info and data is processed by him.
