General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The dribbling of urine is most likely from the side effect of Roxylean giving urinary tract infection, cystitis with or without effect on the internal urethral sphincter.

Recommendations at present -
1) Stop further consumption of Roxylean.
2) Get urine microscopy and ultrasound examination for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
