What Causes Dripping Of Blood After Bowel Movement With Lump In Anus?

Once in a while i see bright red blood drips after a bowel movement. The first time I experienced this when I was in my 20 s and once in a while I experienced it but lately I have noticed it happens every 3 months or so. Usually blood comes out after the second stool. Then the next time I go to the bathroom it goes back to normal. There are times that I feel a lump coming out from my anus and I can push it back inside. Is this hemorrhoid?I went to my doctor and mentioned about this and he said it maybe just a tear around my anus. I don t feel any pain except it sometime itches after I go to the bathroom.I m 35 years old. Please help!

Hi thanks for asking question.

Whenever such problem occurs get your proctoscopic examination.

You have anal fissure or proctitis like chronic inflamatory condition.

When such symptoms occur take laxative.

Avoid spicy food in excess.

More water.

Avoid smoking.

Fruits taken more.

Anal warm water bath sitz bath can be taken.

Green leafy veg more.

Avoid straining at stool

If still problem stool examination done for diagnosing parasitic infection
