Hi, Thanks for writing in. Post coital bleeding can be due to many reasons. The commonest is due to injury following violent intercourse and cervicitis which is infection of the cervix. You need to consult your doctor who can do a quick pelvic exam and give you a diagnosis. If necessary a pap smear may also be done to know more about the type of cells in your cervix region. It is also suggested that you use a lot of lubrication during sex to avoid any friction and injury which can cause little bleeding as mentioned.
