Hi,
Whenever we encounter a patient with symptoms like you,
Their are many possibilities going on in our mind like urethral injury,
Renal stones, uretric stones, urinary tract infection,
If its fresh blood its most likely be due to urethral injury,
In such cases detailed history and examination is needed along with some blood test and if required ultrasound abdomen and pelvis,
For this I recommend you to take an opinion from urologist.
Hope this information helps.
