I have little heat boils which gets dry and reduces on a dandruff treatment by applying an anti dandruff shampoo or so., some doctor adviced me to apply Dipsalic ointment but still it s of no help..can you suggest me exactly what is that? Is it Dandruff or heat boil?
It may be exacerbated dandruff. The flakes may be thickened. It may be called pityriasis amiantacea. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. A course of antibiotic, anti-histamines and anti-fungal may be considered. Apply Dipsalic lotion on the affected areas. Do shampoo with shampoo containing Ketoconazole.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
