What Causes Dry Heaves And Weight Loss Along With Tiredness?

My daughter is 22 years old, she has been feeling unwell for the past three weeks. She is a smoker and after having a cigarette she wants to gag, feels like gagging all the time, she has the dry heaves quite often, she has been loosing weight, she has no appetite and she is tired all the time. She is in training for a chef and today she felt dry heaves when working with the hamburg.

anaemia...that is low HB count...it is one of the most important cause of tiredness...u have to get
cbc count...and slides to be prepared and tested for visualisation of parasite...worm infestation may be another cause...
